Summary0000116: Model attachments inconsistently use the old render pipeline when loading
Description

When render entities for model attachments are created once the game has started they use the new pipeline (MyInstancePipeline) but if they are created prior to the game fully
loading they use the old pipeline (MyRenderableComponent).
