Summary0000125: Improve Particle Effect Culling
Description

Currently particle effects are culled based on a fixed radius sphere around each effect. This should be improved so that:

  • Particles where the emitter is outside the view frustum but historical particles still are in the frustum aren't culled
  • The default is based on the emitter geometry instead of the default 0.25f
