Summary0000133: Add dedicated key binding to switch chat modes
Description

Currently, there's no binding for switching chat modes (world, local, house, ...). Instead, it shares the binding with "Show / Hide HUD", which is TAB by default.
I recently changed the Show / Hide HUD binding to something else and was wondering why couldn't switch through chat modes anymore until I found that theres actually no binding for it.
