Summary0000182: Player walks in place when standing on plank surface
Description

When standing on a floor made of just planks, the player will go into the walking animation but not move. Doesn't impair movement but looks weird.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Stand on a dynamic grid made of planks.
  2. Move backwards/left/right
  3. Stop moving
  4. Observe the animation doesn't stop

This doesn't always reproduce the issue, and sometimes needs a few tries.
