Summary	0000190: Log Wall should have more HP than Plank Wall
Description	Log Wall should have more HP than Plank Wall. Currently they are both 800 hitpoints. Gameplay-wise log is also more expensive so log wall deserves more HP in order to be chosen over plank wall. Also window and entrance blocks should have less HP than their wall blocks.
