Summary0000023: Blueprint filtering doesn't properly show game version, and sorting is backwards internally
Description

The tags dropdown filter in the blueprint screen needs fixing.

"Game Version" is listed twice, instead of actually showing the game version.
Sorting for Date and Ranking is backwards.
RankingAsc is BlueprintScreen_HighestRated, but it should be BlueprintScreen_LowestRated.
RankAsc should be Lowest ranking, then ascending to higher ranks.
DateAsc is BlueprintScreen_Newest, but it should be BlueprintScreen_Oldest.

Default sort is "Title A-Z", but it should ideally be something less exploitable by users, such as Ranking.
