I have people unable to see the server on the list, some living across the road from each other.

My direct example is my; 3 out of 4 steam accounts could see it. I think the singular difference I found was the 4th wasn't friends with server owner account when it was all started, but still didn't see it until I manually added the IP and it was put onto steam favourites list. I bet I could make it forget it sees it too, by removing my steam server list file.

This is a minor issue til you consider I'm meant to be a public server, then its a major issue; no new players can see it. I've looked at the entity files and looks like it's just us.

The server was whitelisted initially, had probs with them seeing it them, but I think that's cause ME server list filter defaults to not showing whitelisted. Once that was removed I did several verification test to make sure it actually wasn't whitelisted anymore. Joined it with one who wasn't admin and wasn't in steam whitelist group, and got in fine. It never occured to me that it might not be showing up; I'd already joined, so server was in favourites
