The Blessed Brazier is normally not an item you can pick up; when pressing F on the keyboard it usually ends in you inventory. But sometimes it is picked up insted, and then you are not able to drop it. You can still wield other items, but you can not use them. You will drop in when you die, and when you respawn it is ok again.
