Summary0000475: Rope drum settings screen doesn't synchronize removal
Description

Rope drum settings screen (MyRopeDrumSettingsScreen) calls MyMechanicalRopeAttachmentComponent.DetachRopes which doesn't use synchronization.
This means the button causes a group desync on clients.
