Summary0000486: Fresnel strength not propagated to renderer

The Fresnel strength configured on transparent geometries isn't propagated to the renderer, and instead the value is always one at render time.
Because resolving this would break existing transparent materials a new property, FresnelStrength, will need to be added for this.
