Summary0000549: Camera matrix used at rendering time doesn't match matrix used when computing crosshair
Description

It seems like the 3D crosshair gets computed against a one tick in the future (or in the past) camera matrix, causing it to jitter around the center of the screen during camera motion when yawed.
