Summary	0000553: XML serializers aren't pregenerated for many game types
Description	The game pregenerates a lot of XML serializers, however many of these have incorrect annotations or locations to allow this to actually work. Fixing these and adding tests would be useful, and might fix some of the issues with running ME:CE on Linux using Wine, which typically fails during game serializer generation.
