Summary0000580: Can't edit signs in others claimed areas when with MM active
Description

When in MM you have basically full acccess to other peoples claimed areas, but you can't edit signs. Would be nice to leave notes sometimes. Workaround is to edit the sign outside of hte claim and then cut and paste it inside
