Summary0000074: Deleting the main menu videos causes refresh issues in the menu background
Description

If you delete the menu videos, the game doesn't properly redraw the background of the main menu.
It's possible the game is expecting the video frames to refresh the background.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Go into SteamApps\common\MedievalEngineers\Content\Videos
  • Delete all contents
  • Load game
  • Hover over the buttons and see the tooltips not clear properly

The refresh issues don't show up in screenshots.
