Summary0000096: MyPlanetAreaContentsComponent only has valid data for grids that have been loaded
Description

MyPlanetAreaContentsComponent records the grids inside each map area, but that data isn't valid until the area has been visited and grids in it has been loaded.
A summary of the grids and blocks in each area should be persisted with the component to allow the map to be generated for areas that haven't been loaded.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a grid inside of a map cell.
Check the world map and see that there is a castle icon on the area.
Fly away until the grid unloads.
Save and reload the world
Check the world map and see that there is not a castle icon on the area.
