When a chair is leaning sideways, the character's view should lean with the chair. This is a big improvement for driving vehicles around, especially planes.

Resolved by making this moddable by adding a AlignToGravity property to FirstPersonCameraComponent and ThirdPersonCameraComponent.
Unmodded behavior remains unchanged, but we might change the default camera components in a future update.
