| Summary | 0000121: Crosshair delay after looking around (modded - Industrial Modpack) | ||||
| Description | After looking around in first and third person using the Alt key, the crosshair movement has some delay in it and returns to center after a short while. This issue was also present on the official ME version before (with the modpack), but got fixed at some point (with a dll-fix i presume). | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Look around using the Alt key and then try to move camera. To fix, recenter camera byt double-tapping V. This only happens with horizontal movement enabled when looking around | ||||
| Additional Information | Found on the CTG dedicated server with the Industrial Modpack | ||||

So this is technically working as intended. The crosshair is supposed to show the player is currently targeting. Because the target only updates once every 10 ticks (6 times a second) it lags behind the camera view. The DLLs disabled this and made the crosshair always appear in the exact middle of the screen even if that wasn't actually quite what the detector was targeting. |
