Summary0000021: UI improvements and other minor changes to improve visiblity of elements
Description

This is for encompassing UI related tweaks. Some things that need to be fixed: Requirements blueprint pane scrolls offscreen if there's too many. Missing mods list also scrolls off screen. Recipe list text is too large, and wrapping alignment is incorrect causing text to not fit and wrap oddly. Show News ticker dates in user's locale settings.

Here's the core list of changes:

  • Ensure blueprint requirements and warnings lists do not extend past the main center panel in height.
  • Shrink research recipe label font, so all vanilla items are entirely visible without cropping.
  • Adjust the item count label to be slightly higher, so it doesn't crop or overlap with other UI elements.
  • Added a spinning wheel animation to the blueprint detail screen, so the user knows that information is downloading from Steam.
  • Show the News entry date in user's regional settings.
