Summary0000264: Windmill keeps spinning when detached

When a spinning windmill is getting detached it falls down and continues spinning.

Steps To Reproduce

Delete the Block where the Windmill is attached to

Easier to reproduce in multiplayer. In single player the object stops spinning after a few seconds.

I am pretty sure this is due to how the windmill block works / generates power. It spins when it is placed upright (vertically) in the scene and there is "wind" around to power it and there's not too much friction in the mechanical system. It doesn't care if it's actually connected to another block or not. It should always stop once it lies flat on the ground though.
