Summary	0000272: using a touchpad breaks any action that uses a scroll wheel key bind
Description	i use a touchpad, and i've seen this bug in both se and me now, its a bug that if your on touchpad anything that requires you to scroll will infinitely keep scrolling, for me its much worse because it happens on start up but with se it only happens when you try to scroll, i cant change any of my key binds because as soon as i try it either does scroll down or scroll up
Steps To Reproduce	go into settings then click on any key bind and it will do the bug

shad 2022-04-20 10:28 reporter #~0000191	Interesting to see that report now, as I experienced the exact same thing a moment ago, while I was sitting on the couch with my laptop. Some examples where scroll wheel is impossible to use: zoom with 3rd person camera placing blueprints (move projection further away and vice versa) adjust movement speed of free camera
