Summary0000316: [Modding] Add research quest option for playable characters
Description

Right now, if you added a modded character to the default CharacterListDefinition, it immediately becomes available in the wardrobe.
I would like to have a way to unlock certain characters along a research quest, like specialized workers, stronger warriors, etc.
In my case, I would like to introduce a plague doctor or a bishop which have a bunch of new abilities and which should only be available after following a certain questline.
