I think a region-wide claim block being added to the game would be a neat feature, as it seems entirely impractical going around paying for 100 claimblocks if you want to own an entire region. These claimblocks would be maybe 5x as expensive as a Stone CB maybe, with a precious metal to add that extra level of expensiveness to balance it, or if there are better ideas to balance it, so be it.

Alongside just balancing the building cost of these, the region should not be claimable if there are other non-allied or non-house claims in the region, so as to not allow people to just come in and claim a whole region. Also, the contested area timer for one of these should be a significant amount of time, maybe around 20 minutes, or the accumulative time of each area's contest time in the region.
