Summary0000323: Mechanical Switch does not receive and transmit power
Description

The mechanical switch crash 0000298 is now fixed, but now it is just not working at all. When connected to a power source and sinks, and turned on-off-on, it won't receive and transmit any power (No turning animation on the switch, no power transmitted to the sinks.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Build a mechanical circuit involving a mechanical switch
  2. Switch off
  3. Switch on
  4. Nothing happens

User was attempting to connect a mechanical block to the top of a switch. The top of the mechanical switch isn't a connection point.
