Summary0000358: Tooltip of a claimed area on the World map keep showing after moving cursor from the area.
Description
  1. Hover cursor on any claimed area to get tooltip with info.
  2. Move the cursor somewhere else where an area is not claimed*. Tooltip shows latest claimed area info.

*Occurs regardless if unclaimed area is "Terra Incognita" or was claimed and named before.
