Summary | 0000425: Baking terrain and reuploading it as base world to reduce voxel changes | ||||
Description | When connecting to a server the client downloads the voxel changes. These changes are the difference between the current state and the base state of the world. If the current state of the terrain could be saved and uploaded as a new world file (which is bigger than the initial one) the clients could get it once from the workshop and would then see again 0 voxel changes when connecting to the server. Doing this once a week would save a lot of loading time for players when connecting to the server | ||||
