Summary0000494: Invalid transparent materials are ignored instead of rendering an error material

In the legacy renderer glass materials that reference missing transparent materials were silently skipped. To maintain compatibility this behavior was copied over into the merge instanced glass renderer and new geometry renderer. This compatibility change is tagged in source code with this ticket.
