Summary0000123: Environment rendering performance
Description

Some environment items (bushes) don't have and LODs which makes them a lot more expensive (by doing in-place modification of the MWM files to include additional LODs)
Similarly some small environment items like mushrooms are visible at all environment sector LODs even when they are too small to matter (using LodStart/LodEnd in the item groups)
